The Renaissance Group Limited is the commercial development arm of the Trust. It is a limited liability company incorporated on 7 March 2003 and is 100% owned by Te Uri o Hau Settlement Trust.
The Renaissance Group's directors are appointed by the Te Uri o Hau Settlement. The directors must have appropriate qualifications, and include one trustee of the Settlement Trust.
The Board's accountability includes six monthly and annual reporting on financial and non-financial performance of the Group.
