The Renaissance Group's sole purpose is to act as a corporate trustee on behalf of the Trust. It holds, manages and operates the Trust's assets in exchange for a commercial return or dividend to assist with the operation of the Trust and its subsidiaries.
Assets transferred to date include:
- Mangawhai lands
- Te Hana lands
- Te Hana Service Station
- Kaiwaka property
The focus for Renaissannce is the long term financial sustainability of the Trust.
