Te Aroha joined the Trust in 2005 as the general administrator and then moved into her current role with the commercial arm of the Trust, Renaissance Group in 2006 as the personal assistant. Te Aroha’ main responsibility is to support the Chief Executive Officer. Her role includes administration, research and reporting, and project coordination for various projects of the Trust group, in particular the commercial arm and its subsidiaries. The commercial subsidiaries/assets are;
